Production toolroom
Vision's highly experienced toolmakers are familiar with all styles of molds, including high cavitation, multiple action, hot runner, and tight tolerance. They are accustomed to molded part tolerances down to 0.0001" with high levels of capability. Our toolroom is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to support maintenance and repairs.
Maintenance
As an extension of our Quality System, our toolroom keeps detailed maintenance records on all molds in production. Customized maintenance schedules for each of our production tools assure the highest level of productivity and cavity optimization.
Spare parts
We maintain a spare parts inventory for each tool to minimize downtime in the event of wear or failure.
